Never Give Up 35 – Cancellation & Weather Policy (Cabo San Lucas) All cancellations for your Never Give Up 35 fishing tour in Cabo San Lucas made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@funcabo.com. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full price. In the event of adverse weather conditions in Cabo San Lucas, we will make every effort to reschedule your tour to the next available date.
