All cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Any cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours or more prior to the departure of the reserved activity will have a cancellation penalty of 50% of the cost of the activity. Any cancellations 24 hours or more in advance of the departure of the reserved activity will have a cancellation penalty of 75% of the cost of the activity. All cancellations must be emailed to info@funvacation.com. Any cancellations under 72 hours in advance cannot be refunded and will have a cancellation penalty of 100% of the cost of the activity. Same day cancellations and no shows are non-refundable and will also be charged the full price.

We are unable to to issue a refund for a no show under any circumstances.

In the rare event that it is not safe to do the tour, a full refund will be given

We do not provide transportation therefore we ask that you either get a taxi or use your own transportation. We will email/contact you with the address of location.
